Contributor Terms of Service
These terms cover independent contributors using RavSun Workflow to discover suitable projects, develop their skills, and deliver work to clients.
Contributors participate as independent professionals and maintain control over how they perform their work.
Eligibility
Contributors can participate in paid projects after meeting the applicable platform, payment-provider, KYC, tax, and other eligibility requirements.
Where applicable, contributors may also provide required guardian or representative authorization in accordance with applicable requirements.
RavSun Workflow uses these requirements to support secure payments, responsible participation, and proper contributor onboarding.
Skills and Assessment
RavSun Workflow uses skill-based assessments to help match projects with contributors who have demonstrated relevant capabilities.
Claiming work in a particular skill requires completing the applicable three-stage assessment:
- Knowledge & Safety
- Practical Skill Test
- Project Simulation
Contributors can continue developing their skills and may retest according to the platform's assessment process.
Skill verification may be updated as contributors gain experience and demonstrate additional capabilities.
Each assessment outcome is decided by a RavSun administrator. Drakon may suggest scores for that review.
Project Matching
RavSun Workflow uses project requirements, contributor skills, availability, preferences, and other relevant information to identify suitable project opportunities.
Drakon may assist with project matching and recommendations.
Contributors remain responsible for reviewing opportunities and determining whether a project is appropriate for their skills and availability.
Contributors choose the projects they take on. Projects are not assigned to them.
Project opportunities depend on client demand and on each contributor's verified skills, availability, and the projects they choose to claim.
When a client requests a custom version of a showcase item, its creator gets the first opportunity to claim the project.
Payment
The standard platform allocation is:
25% RavSun Platform Fee / 75% contributor allocation
The applicable allocation is calculated automatically through the platform's payment system.
The allocation percentage may be updated by authorized RavSun administrators. Applicable changes are recorded within the platform's administrative and financial records.
Contributor earnings become payable according to the project's completion, approval, payment, and applicable payout requirements.
Earnings and Payouts
Contributors can view applicable earnings and payout information through the Contributor Earnings area.
The platform may display:
- Pending earnings
- Payable earnings
- Completed payouts
- Payout history
- Order-related earnings
- Applicable adjustments
- Payout status
Payments are processed through the payment providers supported by RavSun Workflow and are subject to applicable provider requirements.
Independence
Contributors are independent professionals and retain control over how their work is performed.
Drakon may suggest task structures, pricing ranges, workflows, or approaches to assist contributors and platform users.
These suggestions are designed as decision-support tools. Contributors retain professional judgment over how they complete their work.
Contributors are free to use, adapt, or set aside any suggestion from Drakon.
Project Quality
Contributors are expected to deliver work that corresponds with the client's approved requirements and applicable project tier.
RavSun Workflow provides project information, revision workflows, feedback mechanisms, and quality-support tools to help contributors deliver strong outcomes.
Revisions
Contributors are expected to respond to revision requests included within the applicable project tier.
Requests that represent substantially different work or fall outside the included revision allowance may be handled as separately priced work through the platform.
Communication
Contributors should maintain project-related communication through RavSun Workflow's supported communication channels.
This helps maintain a clear project record and supports collaboration, revision management, quality review, and dispute resolution.
Contributor Development
RavSun Workflow supports continuous contributor development through:

- Skill assessments
- Practice opportunities
- Project simulations
- Quality feedback
- Skill verification
- Project recommendations
- Performance insights
Contributor profiles and verified skills may evolve as contributors gain experience and complete additional assessments.
