Client Terms of Service
These terms cover clients using RavSun Workflow to post projects, collaborate with independent contributors, and receive completed work through the platform.
What RavSun Workflow Is
RavSun Workflow is a digital platform that connects clients with independent contributors. The platform is supported by Drakon, RavSun Workflow's AI orchestration layer.
Drakon helps organize project information, identify relevant skills, suggest workflows, and support platform operations. Human users remain responsible for their projects, decisions, communications, and final outcomes.
RavSun Workflow provides the platform, tools, workflow, and administrative processes that help clients and contributors work together.
Pricing
Project prices are calculated through RavSun Workflow's deterministic pricing engine using the published Smart Service Catalog.
The applicable RavSun Platform Fee, which is 25% of the gross project amount by default, is included in the amount shown to the client at checkout. The remaining allocation is associated with the contributor according to the platform's payment and earnings system.
The applicable price, service tier, quantity, revisions, and other project terms are presented to the client before payment.
Revisions
Each project tier includes a defined number of revisions.
By default, the Basic tier includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3.
The revision allowance is designed to provide a clear and predictable way for clients and contributors to refine delivered work.
If a client requests work beyond the revision allowance or requests substantially different work from the original requirements, the additional work can be handled as a separately priced project or service.
Project Requirements
Clients are encouraged to provide complete and accurate project requirements before work begins.
Clear requirements help contributors understand the expected outcome and allow RavSun Workflow's systems to match projects with appropriate skills and workflows.
If requirements change during a project, the client and contributor can clarify the updated requirements through the platform.
Project Delivery
Contributors submit completed work through RavSun Workflow's project workflow.
Where applicable, submitted work may go through the platform's review and approval process before being made available to the client.
Clients can review delivered work and use the platform's available revision and feedback mechanisms.
Each project shows an estimated delivery date. It is an estimate, and clients are notified if it changes.
Disputes and Resolution
RavSun Workflow provides an administrative dispute-resolution process when a project requires additional review.
If a revision does not resolve an issue, either party may request administrative review.
Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include:
- Additional correction
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Completion of the project
- Another appropriate administrative resolution
Dispute outcomes are determined through RavSun Workflow's applicable review process. Drakon may assist with organizing information, but does not independently determine refunds, disputes, or final financial resolutions.
Payments
Payments are processed through the payment providers supported by RavSun Workflow.
The amount presented at checkout represents the applicable project price and platform fee.
Payment status is determined using the platform's payment-processing and verification systems.
Clients pay once the completed work has been reviewed and is ready for delivery. The final files become available to download as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Ownership of Delivered Work
Unless a project specifically states otherwise, ownership of the completed work product transfers to the client once the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied and the project has reached its completed state.
Any project-specific ownership, licensing, attribution, or usage conditions will be communicated as part of that project's terms.
Communication
Project-related communication should remain within RavSun Workflow's supported communication channels where applicable.
Keeping project communication on the platform helps maintain a clear project history and supports efficient review, revisions, and administrative assistance.
Showcase
Showcase items show examples of contributors' work. A client can request a custom version of a showcase item as a new project, priced by RavSun Workflow's deterministic pricing engine.
Platform Support
Clients can use RavSun Workflow's available support and administrative processes for questions involving projects, payments, revisions, delivery, or platform use.
RavSun Workflow continually improves its platform, workflows, and support systems to provide a reliable experience for clients and contributors.
