Contributor Agreement
By claiming a project on RavSun Workflow, a contributor agrees to:
- Review the client's requirements carefully.
- Deliver work corresponding to the agreed project requirements.
- Complete included revisions appropriately.
- Communicate through the platform's supported communication channels.
- Follow applicable platform quality, security, and project-delivery requirements.
The contributor confirms that they participate as an independent professional and retain control over how their work is performed.
Project Delivery
The contributor submits completed work through RavSun Workflow's project workflow.
Where applicable, the submission may be reviewed by the platform's administrative quality process before final delivery to the client.
If additional clarification or correction is required, the contributor can receive structured feedback and resubmit an updated version.
Each submission is saved as a numbered version, and earlier versions are kept.
The estimated delivery date is calculated when a project is claimed and is shared with the client as an estimate.
Payout
The standard platform allocation is:
75% to the contributor / 25% RavSun Platform Fee
The contributor's allocation becomes payable once the applicable project has reached its completed and payout-eligible state, including any applicable review or revision period.
Payout processing follows the payment provider and platform requirements applicable to the contributor.
The allocation for each order is recorded when the client pays, and later changes to the platform fee do not change it.
If an order is refunded, the contributor's allocation is adjusted in proportion to the refund, and the adjustment is shown in Earnings.
Work Ownership
Unless a project specifies different intellectual-property or licensing terms, ownership of the completed work transfers according to the applicable Client Agreement once the relevant payment and completion conditions have been satisfied.
Contributors should only submit work that they have the right to provide and that complies with the project's requirements.
Professional Standards
Contributors are expected to maintain professional communication, respect client requirements, protect confidential project information, and provide work that meets the applicable quality expectations.
RavSun Workflow provides tools and processes designed to support contributors in meeting these standards.
