Client Agreement
By posting a project on RavSun Workflow, a client agrees to:
- Pay the price displayed at checkout.
- Provide accurate and sufficiently clear project requirements.
- Review submitted deliverables within a reasonable period.
- Use the platform's communication and revision processes appropriately.
- Provide relevant feedback when clarification or revision is required.
- Follow the applicable Client Terms of Service.
The project price is calculated by RavSun Workflow's deterministic pricing engine and is not independently determined by Drakon.
Deliverables and Ownership
The client receives the applicable deliverables through RavSun Workflow's project workflow.
Unless a project specifically states otherwise, ownership of the completed work product transfers to the client once payment is complete and the project reaches its completed state.
Project-specific licensing or usage terms take precedence where expressly stated.
After delivery, the client can approve the project, request an included revision, or open a dispute from the project page. Approving the delivery completes the project.
Project Changes
If a client's requirements change after work has begun, the parties can use the platform's revision and project-change processes to establish the appropriate next step.
Additional work may require a new price when it falls outside the original project requirements or included revision allowance.
Included revisions are delivered at no additional charge.
Agreement to Platform Processes
By using RavSun Workflow, the client acknowledges the platform's payment, delivery, revision, feedback, and dispute-resolution processes.
